Xueting (Darren) Liang is a PhD student from ABBS graduate program. He investigates the role of non-coding RNAs in T cell homeostasis. Specifically, he works on let-7(miRNA)-mediated mechanisms that affect maintenance of naïve, effector, exhausted and memory CD8 T cells including cell survival, migration and proliferation. In addition, he is interested in PKC-θ-dependent pathways in T cell activation and differentiation.
