Adam is a PhD student from the ABBS program at UMass Amherst. He studies CD8 T cell programming and development, specifically the Let-7 mediated factors which might impact differentiation of naive T cells into memory or effector subsets. His major interest lies in using novel transgenic mouse models to better understand the basic scientific underpinnings of immunology, with the goal of translating fundamental science discoveries into therapeutic improvements.
